Hope & Hunger Campaign

Our annual Hope & Hunger Campaign makes it possible for us to meet the needs of students in Pittsburg County. With the support of our community, last year we fed 1,000 students a week through our Nutrition Club program. We gave away shoes, socks, underwear and hygiene items to over 1,000 students at our annual Back-To-School Bash. We gave out over 700 coats and blankets during our annual Warm Wishes event at Christmas time. We met over 600 student needs ranging from eye glasses to band instruments to clothes for graduation. We run Buffalo Ridge Academy, aimed at teaching kids life skills, mentoring and allowing students to dream and experience new things. Now is the time of year where we ask you, our donors, to help us make all this possible. Helping kids is a core value at Shared Blessings and a key to ending the cycle of generational poverty.

Our Ministries

These include financial assistance for essential needs, a clothing store, the Beds 4 Kids program, the Nutrition Club for child hunger, the Blue Door Flea Market, student needs support, food provision for families, and transportation assistance for vulnerable groups. Each program addresses specific community needs, ranging from clothing and food to education and mobility support.
